Villa Rizzo is a beautiful residence located in an ideal location, 300 mt. By the square of Castromarina and 100 mt. from the beach "La Source". A central position on a rocky promontory from which dominates the town of Castro and the sea front, enjoys an exceptional panorama. The villa is equipped with all comforts and accessory for an ideal stay, including satellite TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board etc. ... Air conditioning in the rooms. The house is surrounded by a large park with the typical well-kept flower essences of Salento on the three terraces overlooking and a small pine forest on the back. The villa has two floors independent: downstairs a great room of about 30 mq. with full bathroom, bedroom and a small living room with bed – added; upstairs full kitchen, large bathroom with shower, double room, double room with two beds, a bright living room with fireplace and between the kitchen and living room there is a dining area with sofa bed. The villa can comfortably accommodate 6 people who arrive at 8 with the extra beds. The property is available for any needs of guests, the price included the work of maintenance of the green and technical assistance for any immediate repair by skilled people and the bedding (sheets and towels) and consumption of water, light and gas (first gas cylinder). Bath towels and bed linen is changed once a week together with a general cleaning. availability of additional services and extra compute agree with the maintainer.

My house is a "pajara", a typical house of puglia, made of stones and overlooking the sea. The thick walls keep the inside cool in summer. The house is a 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, a shower outside, 2 terraces overlooking the sea, a kitchen with everything you need to feel at home. Its also 2 km from the town of Castro, Tricase and many more little beautiful towns that you can explore by car. The house is private but still very close to bars and restaurants.
