Alameda 1b/1b garden level flat in 1885 Victorian

Located on a tree lined street on the island of Alameda, is this beautiful 1885 Victorian Cottage. The ground floor level has 1 bedroom/1 bathroom. The living room has a queen pullout sofa. The kitchenette is equipped with a portable 2 burner electric stove, small refrigerator/freezer, and sink. There is also a built in microwave as well as a portable oven. There is a desk for your working needs along with high speed internet. This flat is for the person who appreciates design and comfort.

The French Door

This space is a private entry 275 square foot small studio with a private bath, connected to the main house but with no access to the main house. The unit has a standard sized mini fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker with coffees to choose from, a very mini toaster oven for one bagel or one piece of toast, lite snacks and waters for you. Also a small table and chair set, desk and a brand new queen sized bed, the location is great if you work at the lab or if visiting family in the area.

The kitchen has a huge WOW factor w/ stainless high-end appliances, fully stocked, ideal for cooking, entertaining, or baking. Indoor/outdoor living w/ double french doors that both open up to the beautiful backyard space complete with patio furniture, BBQ and firetable, ideal for enjoying our amazing CA weather. This tiny house is a 525 sqft home sitting offset from our main home. It has everything from a fully stocked kitchen to a laundry room inside this cozy home. Pots/pans, dishes and even a crock pot and waffle maker stock the kitchen. You will have a private fenced in front area with a seating area and artificial grass. We have built this home to welcome you as our friends and keep you comfortable. The home is located in a dog friendly neighborhood. * we do decorate for major US holidays
