Hot spot for traveling healthcare — just 15 minutes to area hospitals. 12 mins from LRU and downtown Hickory. Private off street parking, complimentary coffee, and your own 40-gallon hot water tank. No stove, but we do allow guests to bring air fryers.

With high ceilings and Paris-themed decor, you can enjoy the city life vibes while enjoying the small town area. Take a short walk to downtown Newton for boutique shops, restaurants, or catch a movie or band within walking distance! Newly Renovated 4Bedroom near LR

This newly renovated 4 BR/ 2 BA house is perfectly located for you to enjoy everything Hickory and Lenoir-Rhyne University have to offer. The home has an oversized master suite with fireplace, king bed, luxurious bathroom and walk-in closet. The three guest rooms offer two with queen beds and one with two twin beds. During your time here you will find a dedicated work space with high speed fiber internet, an entertaining living room, an indoor dining area, and multiple outdoor patios.

The 2-1-3 house

The 2-1-3 house is a charming 1950's bungalow right in the heart of hickory, just minutes from downtown, Lenoir Rhyne college, and many other corporate offices. Coffee houses, restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and dry cleaning are all within walking distance. The 215 is pet friendly, however we REQUIRE a $20 pet fee, per pet ,also no more than 2 pets allowed. Animals can be no larger than 40 lbs. When you book please select the amount of guest including the pet/pets as guest.

Fun with the whole family in this newly renovated and stylish 3 bedroom and 1 bathroom brick ranch. The kitchen is fully stocked, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and other small appliances. Rooms have smart TV's for you to use your own services, and already uploaded for free TV watching. Outside you will enjoy the propane grill and patio seating on a private lot. 2 animals welcome with a pet fee. We are compliant with health and safety guidelines for COVID-19.
