A design Atico with a splendid 360º view of the city and the Sagrada familia! With a beautiful tree-lined terrace and a balcony on the opposite side. Crossing apartment on the top floor (8th) overlooking an interior patio on the Terrace side then the street and the roofs on the other. Charming, not overlooked, very sunny, very rare in Barcelona.
