This cottage has one shared wall with the main house, but is a separate dwelling with its own entrance & no shared facilities. This space can also be booked with sister cottages on the property if needed. Luggage storage available.

We are 2 miles from South Congress (best dining and shopping In Austin), 8 miles from the airport & 4.5 miles from downtown. When you stay here you will also have access to a dry/wet 8 person barrel sauna, hot tub, cold plunge, fire pit, laundry room, and backyard deck to sip your morning cup of joe (or tea). Our family lives in the main house, so no party animals, please.

This 70's-inspired home was recently renovated and features three bedrooms, a comfortable living room, large dining area, fully-stocked kitchen, garage, patio, fenced backyard with jumbo Cowboy Pool, and all the amenities needed to be your home away from home! Only 5-10 min from SoCo shopping district and a short drive to downtown, walking distance to neighborhood park, coffee shop, brewery, and food trucks!

Modern and Cozy South Austin Studio

This is a newly renovated garage turned into a modern and beautiful studio. This space is completely private from the main house, with a private entrance and cozy patio. It can sleep 4 people, although the space would be a little tight for 4 adults. There is a king sized bed, and a sleeper sofa which can be used together as a full sized, or option to separate into 2 twins. Free Wifi, free parking, very close car ride to downtown Austin but in a quiet and safe neighborhood! Please see map!

Studio SoCo is a one room studio with attached shower bathroom and kitchenette. The two twin beds are comfortable and can be separate or pushed together by request. The shower bath also has a toilet, sink and all the amenities you will need. In the kitchenette you will have access to a sink, microwave and medium sized fridge. In addition to all that, the 45 in Smart Tv is ready for movie watching.

You’ll have a private entrance to the master bedroom and bath in this quiet, walkable neighborhood. We’re a stone's throw from a quick bus to Zilker Park or downtown.
