For extra fee we help with airport transfer and lifting luggage. Fully equipped and furnished. Ideally suites for 4 persons but can fit up to 6. Main attractions are in walkable distance. Next to the house is the famous ArtCafe 144 Stairs. A 24 hours-open Georgian restaurant and small supermarkets are close.

One big double bed, 2 single beds and a sofa bed which can also place 2 persons. Cozy smoking and sitting area outside and patio. quiet, tidy hosts live upstairs and are happy to communicate over coffee or tea. Peaceful neighborhood with friendly locals and fellow travelers. .

Our art studio with one bedroom is a separate building on main road with a garden. It is comfortable and has great aura located on Roubinyants st.. There are many shops round and 24 hours open supermarket. Easy to access to all major transportation. I can help you also with airport pick up/drop off and organize sightseeing/cultural tours in Yerevan and outside of it. There can be also traditional Armenian meal and cooking training from my mother's and grandma's receipts.
