Perfect for business travelers, bikers, and people wanting to enjoy all that downtown has to offer. Great location for Crystal Bridges, and right across the street from 8th St market & the Momentary. Short walking distance to Walmart HQ. My place is close to nightlife, Downtown Bentonville, & family activities. You’ll love my place because of the views, location, & outdoors space. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. The culinary experience downtown is amazing

Fully equipped lakefront cabin has a basement level master with a king bed, closet & tv with access to the covered patio on the basement level. The 2nd bedroom has a king & double bed, closet, and tv. These bedrooms share a full bath with shower. The main living is an upstairs area and is an open room with a comfortable living space, kitchen, bar & table, and laundry closet. A ladder takes you to the loft where there is a full bed. This area would not be good for small children. No hot tub

Check it out! 5 STAR Location! Direct Trail access. Paved and single track. Our super cute cottage style home offers direct access to the Crystal Bridges Museum trail head next door(Slaughterpen System and greenway). The trail leads to the Crystal Bridges Museum and passes by the deck overlooking the museum. This same paved trail also leads to Compton gardens and the square allowing our visitors to access all Bentonville has to offer without touching a street. We rent across the street also.

Access 6+ trailheads within minutes on bike. Walk, run, bike or drive 1.5 miles to the Square or Crystal Bridges. This fully renovated, cozy home has high ceilings in the living area and an open floor plan. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, & small groups. House sleeps 5 adults & 1 child (top bunk is for children only). However, house is priced for 4 persons with nightly extra guest fees for 5th & 6th persons. Message to discuss flate rate options for extra persons if longer stay.
