''The Muddy" is an adult only luxury barn conversion on the outskirts of the beautiful township of Alexandra, at the gateway to Victoria's high country and Lake Eildon. Sitting on 4 acres with a spectacular rural outlook, the Muddy is fully self contained within beautifully landscaped private gardens, all just a 2 minute drive to Alexandra. With a wood fire heater and air conditioning, this is the ideal couples get away in both summer and winter, all less than 2 hours away from Melbourne.

Cosy 1 bedroom farm stay guesthouse

Relax in this cosy guest house with spacious surrounds. The guest house is close to the main house but with private outlook and places to explore along the seasonal creek and open paddocks . Close to Euroa There is a kitchenette with small bar fridge and microwave. PLEASE DO NOT USE PORTABLE COOKING DEVICES IN THE GUEST HOUSE for safety reasons. BBQ facilities and campfire pit are available in front of the guest house however fire pit not available from November due to fire restrictions

Positioned at the top of a hill, you can gaze over kilometers of the Victorian High Country rolling hills and eye the popular waters of Lake Eildon which are only a stone's throw away. Located a short 40 minutes from the famous ski fields of Mt Buller it is the perfect place to come home to after a great day on the slopes.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Self contained, off grid cottage in the valley of a thousand hills. Perfect for couples, the cottage offers spectacular mountain views. The property features a courtyard with wood fired hot tub & private access. The strawbale cottage consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, coffee pod machine, and 1 bathroom with a bidet and a shower. Constructed in 2021 using some materials recovered from the original 1885 house it has a large open plan living area, balcony and alfresco, backyard and front yard space (sorry no pets). Opposite rail line and close to local businesses the Rockery and Longwood Community Centre, local wineries Mitchellton, Tabilk, RPL, Fowle’s, Hide and Seek and Maygars.

It has a large bathroom & the bedroom has a queen bed, a single bed, a trundle bed or a cot. With lovely leadlight windows featuring Blue Wrens and stunning views from the windows over the farm and the hills. Small enclosed yard for pets. We provide all bedding and towels.

Peaceful 3-bedroom cottage on 40 acres

Sitting on 40 acres sits a beautiful 3-bedroom purpose-built, self contained cottage with the Nine Mile Creek running through. Gorgeous views through the Creightons Creek valley can be seen all around the house. Double doors open from the large master bedroom onto your very own deck with a table for 2 to sit back and relax. The fabulous new kitchen means you can cook, but if thats not in your holiday plan there are great cafes and restaurants nearby.
