Delizioso appartamento arredato con cura, in stile etnico, provvisto di ogni comfort, in un casolare appena ristrutturato secondo i principi della bioedilizia, immerso nella macchia mediterranea del più bel versante dell'isola d'Elba, con vista mozzafiato sull'arcipelago toscano e sulla Corsica, a 250 m sul livello del mare, dominante la spiaggia di Cavoli. L'appartamento è composto di soggiorno con angolo cottura e divano-letto per due persone, camera matrimoniale e bagno con doccia e ampio spazio esterno attrezzato per pranzare e prendere il sole. Il luogo è raggiungibile con una strada sterrata di 2,5 km dal paesino di San Piero in Campo (fin dove arrivano i mezzi pubblici), distante pochi minuti di macchina dalle spiagge più incantevoli dell'isola (Cavoli, Seccheto, Fetovaia) e dal centro turistico e commerciale di Marina di Campo. E' consigliabile disporre di un mezzo proprio. La casa è immersa nella tipica macchia mediterranea alternata a grandi e suggestive scogliere di granito. Il grande giardino è recintato, contiene un orto e un uliveto. Non vi sono altre abitazioni nei dintorni. Intorno alla località si snodano i più suggestivi sentieri per gli amanti del trekking e della mountain bike. Ideale per chi è in cerca di silenzio, relax, aria pura, e ama la natura e i luoghi un pò speciali. I padroni di casa potranno aiutarvi per ogni evenienza e perplessità. BREATHTAKING VIEW ON THE ARCHIPELAGO Charming apartment,furnished in ethnic style,with every comfort,in an old cottage just renovated according to the bioarchitecture,amidst the Mediterranean bush in the most beautiful part of Elba island with breathtaking views on the Tuscan archipelago and (email hidden) a.s.l.,overlooking famous Cavoli beach. The apartment has a living room with kitchenette and divan bed for two persons,a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and a large outside patio for eating and sunbathing. You can reach the place through a 2,5 Km dirt road from San Piero in Campo,where pubblic transport ends,and from where ,in few minutes by car you can get to the best beaches of the island (Cavoli,Seccheto,Fetovaia etc.),and to the touristic and service centre of Marina di Campo. It's better to have your own car or motorbike(you can rent it anywhere on the island). The house is surrounded by the typical mediterranean bush scattered with huge granite cliffs. The large garden has an olive grove and a vegetable garden. The place is secluded and there are no other houses in the surroundings. It's an ideal place for trekking and mountain biking and lovers of relax,peace,nature and special places. Your host are ready to help for any need and request.

Casa del Capitano | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

IL mio appartamento è in centro storico completamente ristrutturato, molto vicino ad una spiaggetta attrezzata e alla piazza piu'bella della citta'. A 50m il corso offre una vasta scelta di ristoranti tipici e di locali dove trascorrere il dopocena. A pochi minuti la stazione ferroviaria e il supermercato.L'appartamento si trova nella ztl, ma ci sono parcheggi free a 150mt e inoltre offriamo la possibilita' gratis di un permesso per l'accesso e parcheggio in ztl per il tempo del soggiorno.

Im wunderschönen Cavo (Elba), vermieten wir das Erdgeschoss unserer Villa, 300 m. vom Meer. Die Wohnung (100m2) kann bis zu 9 Personen beherbergen (4 Erw.+5 Ki. oder bis 6 Erw.+3 Ki.) und besteht aus einem geräumigen Wohnzimmer, einem grossen Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett + Etagenbett, einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einem Schlafzimmer mit Etagenbett (1.40 + 90), eine sehr grosse überdachte Terrasse (40m2), eine gut ausgestattete Küche, zwei Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschmaschine.

The villa built entirely of stone gives our guests a relaxing stay in complete privacy but also pleasant excursions in the surroundings and the sea. The pool water is heated IMPORTANT: it is heated in the mid-season periods 28° (May-June) (September-November) IMPORTANT: We are immersed in nature and in the woods so there are flying insects! La Casa al Mare, a Cavo d'Elba

L'appartamento puo' ospitare fino a 6 persone, e' composto da open space con terrazza affacciata sul lungomare, due camere e due bagni, si trova al primo piano e ha un ingresso indipendente. Costruito circa un secolo fa come dependance del vicino "castello" e per questo chiamato "Casa al mare". La ristrutturazione e l'arredamento sono stati ultimati ad agosto 2021 e hanno puntato su piacevolezza, comodita', semplicita' d'uso, risparmio energetico e sostenibilita' ambientale

Posizione ideale con giardino: in soli 3 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il mare e il suggestivo bar pieds-dans-l'eau LaGuardiola, su 1 delle spiagge più belle e rinomate dell'isola il centro del paese di Procchio è raggiungibile attraverso 1 suggestiva passerella sulla spiaggia.
