This is recently updated and located less than five miles from The USC Williams Brice Stadium and is steps away from Owens Field Recreation Park. Also 1/2 mile to Jim Hamilton - LB Owens Airport. 5 miles to Veterans Hospital making this a great location for long or short term stays. Owner's son lives in the adjacent unit and may or may not be around depending on his schedule. Owners are a call or text away. It has been a labor of love. This suite is spacious and cozy. It's great for business travelers, traveling nurses, and small groups looking to enjoy local events.

The apartment is located behind the host home, so guests are permitted to park one car at the bottom of the driveway to the left in the front of the garage.
