Although, the dock is not floating, your front yard IS the water. Watch sea life frolic just beyond your deck. Enjoy barbecue's alfresco on the dock at sunset. Unwind after your day, relaxing by the "natural gas" fire pit. Bring your stand up paddle boards and launch at the neighboring launching ramp! Limitless fun!

Our home is close to many local favorite hiking, biking, kayaking, surfing, and paddle boarding locations such as Montana de Oro and Morro Bay. The outdoor patio is the perfect setting for a family bbq with a lawn for your pets to play. A short distance away is delicious cuisine, coffee shops, golfing, and local art studios.

The resort has a gym, spa, valet parking, bikes that you can use and it is very close to many restaurants, wineries and fun events.

The Pismo Beach Penthouse, is a two-bedroom upscale condo with beautiful ocean views from every room. The perfect place for two couples or a small family to enjoy Pismo Beach. Located in the heart of Pismo, less than 100 yards to the sand and waves and a short walk to the Pismo Pier. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. All guest must be a minimum of 25 years old to make reservation.

Picturesque beach house perched on the hillside overlooking Avila Beach and Harbor. This house is single story once you walk up a flight of steps. You are welcomed by a beautifully landscaped yard and a large porch to sit and watch the waves and stunning sunsets. The bedrooms are on the backside of the house allowing the family room, eating area and kitchen to have views of the ocean.
