There’s a dock but not capable of mooring a boat for overnight or windy conditions because it is not permanent.

Guests from all backgrounds are welcome! This is a private studio detached from the main home. A pin code lock is set up to give you access at check in time. A fire pit and charcoal grill is available for use if you request it.
