Home Away From Home is 850 square feet, 2 bedrooms w/ full kitchen, bath, laundry, newly done. We are close to beautiful views, and nice restaurants.Cazenovia Lake has parks, boating and swimming. Close to down hill and cross country skiing, The links walking trails, winery, brewery , distiller. Colleges include Cazenovia, Morrisville, and Colgate, and only 25 miles to Syracuse University. Couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and even small families will find solace here. Welcome!

Great Lakefront House - Enjoy All of the Seasons!!

Relax by the lake while taking in the scenery from the expansive deck. Watch cranes and eagles fly around, kayak around the lake or go fishing. Or if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing get away in the Fall or Winter this is the spot! You can snowshoe, ice fish, or just watch the snow fall. Very cute 2 bedroom, 1 bath house with great kitchen, central AC and WiFi on private Tuscarora Lake. This house has a full kitchen, washing machine/dryer and kayaks, canoes, show shoes and more.

Welcome to “The Waterfall House”, a family retreat with a gorgeous natural waterfall! Relax and enjoy the most serene location with 8.5 acres of land featuring a private waterfall and stream. This open floor plan home is a perfect spot to gather family or use it as a place to stay while visiting Syracuse. This park like setting is a photographers dream. This is the best location for a true outdoor enthusiast. Spot wildlife from every window in the house or fish for trout in the stream!

This 19th-century country farmhouse has been recently renovated with all the modern conveniences while preserving its historic charm. With three living spaces and two fireplaces, there's plenty of room to relax with family and friends. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped. Celebrate special events in the unique bar room. Private, spacious suite just steps away from everything! Two large bedrooms, full bathroom, and gracious living room with open gas fireplace, all furnished with heirloom furniture. Luxury bedlinens. Private entrance. Walk-in shower. No kitchen, but we offer a mini fridge and microwave!

The property is bordered by a ravine on one side and a NYS walking trail that follows an old rail line on the other. The historic Village of Cazenovia is 4 miles away.

Bedrooms and full bath are upstairs on the second floor. The 1860 Suite is located on a scenic tree lined village street. Stroll down the sidewalk to quaint village shops, Cazenovia Lake, parks, plus fine dining & "farm to table" restaurants.
