Il Cubetto -Sea Studio: sense of peace and freedom

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

Bilocale ottima posizione: a 500 mt da negozi, passeggiata lungomare e spiaggia, a pochi passi dal lungofiume, dal porto turistico. Entrata e giardino indipendenti. Ottimo per coppia, anche con animali domestici e bambini piccoli. Completo di attrezzatura per neonati, cucina accessoriata ed elettrodomestici. Giardino con barbecue, tavolo, sedie. Viviamo accanto, siamo a disposizione per ogni evenienza o informazione. Affittato a uso turistico, ogni sospetto di attività illecita sarà segnalato.

"Mercanti" cozy attic in a tower house

An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.
