A comfortable king size bed will ensure a good nights sleep. Perfect for anglers, we offer ample parking and a dedicated area to clean your boat. We have a gas grill on our patio for our cooking needs.

Hellgate Island Scallop House (Boat access only)

Boat access only peaceful island living only 15 minutes to the Gulf of Mexico or to the boat ramps but seems like a million miles away. The Homosassa River offers World class inshore or awesome offshore fishing. Or fish right from the docks for redfish, snook or the occasional tarpon. We have two docks, one directly on the Homosassa River and one on the back lagoon. Manatee, porpoise and river otters are frequent visitors. We share some of the best scallop grounds with Crystal River.

Enjoy this beautifully renovated condo right in the center of the Island Cedar Key. The balcony overlooks the park and the beach so you can enjoy your coffee watching the sunrise. Take a sunset tour to watch the dolphins and see the Islands or go swimming with manatees. Only short drive to the springs. The condo offers beautifully renovated shower with rain shower head, 2 burner stove, small oven, microwave, 2 coffee makers (regular and Keurig) and of course all other necessities.
