Miles of breathtaking water views looking towards Swansboro from this riverfront cottage that has been newly renovated inside & out. A mile dirt road takes you off the beaten path & a private setting on the end of a dirt lane with only a few other fishing cottages. You will love the peace & quiet & refreshing breezes. Enjoy sunrises/sunsets from the pier! Access to kayaks, canoe & 2 paddleboards. Enjoy the ospreys dive bomb for fish, an occasional dolphin, & other birdlife.

We’ve rehabbed a 1959 fishing cottage, 2 bed, 2 bath surrounded by glass w/ kitchen and living facing the water.

Golf cart (provided) to the quiet neighborhood beach with its own parking. Walk or bike to all that EI has to offer. Three king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The kayak is on property along with a paddle board. Beach chairs, cooler, linens, shade structure and boogie boards all on site.
