Orchard surrounds 900 sq ft bedrooms and the living room have smart TVs, the kitchen is well equipped. The fenced yard has shaded outdoor areas to BBQ and enjoy sunsets. Stylish charm with lofted sleeping space up a ships ladder, boasts a new Queen Nectar Mattress. Up the ladder sleeping loft is only for the fit and adventurous. Must be comfortable on your knees because it’s a low headroom situation. There is a main level futon sofa sleeper too if need be. Lovely park like setting with outside firepit and charcoal Weber mini grill. Kitchenette is pretty well outfitted. Tiny Cottage has plenty of charm and comforts. Groovy wooden beads across bathroom door.

Grand Mesa with over 300 lakes, Powderhorn ski resort, Gold Medal waters of the Gunnison River, organic orchards and vineyards, and Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park are all just a short drive away. The comfortable beds, reclining sofas, fully-equipped kitchen, spa-like master suite and hot tub will make you never want to leave.

Stay on a 100-acre riverfront ranch

The Perch is located on our 100-acre private ranch, where guests have access to the trails across the main property, ponds, river and riverfront, and also the 1500 sq ft deck and gazebo down at the river (subject to availability). The Ranch feels secluded, but is close to downtown Palisade and in amongst the wineries and other local attractions. We are also righty next to the off-leash dog-friendly Riverbend Park, where the local festivals are held (Bluegrass, Winefest, Peach Festival etc.).
