Country life in amazing Little Yurt on hobby farm

Join the warm 'n cozy, peace-filled tranquility in the country. This little 'Yurtie' is one-ROUND room! It has a split unit for heating/cooling. We have a fence lawn and a pasture if needed. Yurt living is amazing- a dome for sky viewing. Bunk bed- double on bottom, twin on top. Hot running water for the kitchen sink along with full kitchen amenities awaits. The porch has amazing sunset views and adds to the outdoor dining space. We have a new shared shower house with toilet, sink, and shower!

The Orchard House

**A devastating freeze in October 2020 killed all 400 of our sweet cherry trees and many of our peach trees. Sadly, our orchard is not the lush green jewel it once was. We are planting new cherry trees in the Spring of 2022. While the orchard views have changed, the Orchard House continues to offer a very comfortable place to rest and recharge. Come enjoy fresh air and quiet whether you are stopping through on a road trip or staying longer for local adventure. Fast WiFi for telecommuting!

Drive 45 min to the Black Canyon's North Rim, or 45 min the other direction to the Grand Mesa. World class fishing is right down the road! The scenic North Fork Valley is surrounded by public land for hunting and adventure. Well-stocked kitchenette. 100 Mbps WiFi. Dog allowed. No cats. Smoking OK outside, 420 friendly!

Stylish charm with lofted sleeping space up a ships ladder, boasts a new Queen Nectar Mattress. Up the ladder sleeping loft is only for the fit and adventurous. Must be comfortable on your knees because it’s a low headroom situation. There is a main level futon sofa sleeper too if need be. Lovely park like setting with outside firepit and charcoal Weber mini grill. Kitchenette is pretty well outfitted. Tiny Cottage has plenty of charm and comforts. An architect's studio. This modern, unique space is new construction in an existing building. It’s on "The Edge" of colorful Cedaredge with the Grand Mesa and its 300 lakes only 20 minutes away. Hike, swim, fly fish, off road, mountain bike, cross country ski, antique, or visit great wineries and restaurants in the surrounding area. Sit on our south deck and sun or meditate with the sound of Surface Creek just a few feet away. Finish it all off with a walk on beautiful Surface Creek Trail.
