Ideal place for those who want to combine outdoor activities with a visit to the architectural heritage of Horta city. Due to the proximity to the Maritime Terminal (400 meters), they are perfect to be the “base” in Faial to visit Pico and São Jorge. Very easy to park nearby. Faial Cottage is your typical cozy Azorean local home, for long-term stay if you like, with a fully equipped kitchen and a private patio area with ocean views. Quinta do Torcaz is a 5 apartments family project especially meant for families, couples or groups of friends who want to enjoy an authentic Azorean experience. At Quinta do Torcaz we preserve a quiet and bucolic environment with our beautiful garden and orchard. We also organize tours to show you the charming beauty of Faial Island. The minimum age for our guests is 12 years old, documents such as a passport will be requested to confirm age.
