It is located in the very center of the city (in front of Hotel Kulm and near the ice-skating rink where it be hosted the International Ski Awards 2017) , and has an amazing 180° view over the mountains (there are no opposite buildings). You are just a train stop away from St. Moritz and have access to the Engadin sporting area starting 300m from the house. It's a wonderful place: 240 km of walks, 580 km hiking trails, golf courts and horse-riding nearby - or simply sitting on the balcony in the sun and reading a book. There's a Roman-Irish thermal spa in nearby Samaden and if you like eating out, it's all there for you.
