Nature Lover's Getaway!

Want to get away from the hustle and bustle of life? This is the place for you! Kick back and relax in this stylish home, far enough out of the city to get away, but close enough to enjoy the benefits of city life. Be aware - the house sits on a .5 mile bumpy dirt road, worth it if you are looking for peace and quiet. Due to the location, the best we can do is a data-limited hotspot for WIFI. So, we added a game room. Pets are welcome. The cost is $30 a night per pet that is paid separately.

Historic Warrenton Small Cabin

Beautiful guest house, located steps from the main house, hidden from public. The cabin is tucked away in our manicure backyard. Spacious fenced in yard where your fur babies can run free. NO CATS. Enjoy large pergola with comfy seating for nighttime relaxation or dining. The house offers a living room, kitchenette (NO STOVE) and spacious bathroom. The second floor is a large LOFT with a dividing wall separating the two sleeping areas. There are 13 steps to the 2nd floor. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTY!

The Stowe Away 2

The Stowe Away 2 is located just outside of Battleboro. It is connected with The Stowe Away like apartments but completely separate houses. This house has three bedrooms, two baths, living, dining, kitchen and laundry room. It has a large fenced in pool area that you can relax in. The pool and the pool area is shared between The Stowe Away 2 and The Stowe Away...There is a gas grill in the pool area that both houses can use (shared) .Also there is a gas fire pit (also shared between the houses)

The Seed House: Octagonal Barn, Dog-Friendly!

Two blocks from the ❤︎ of charming Main St. Warrenton sits an unusually shaped barn. Octagonal living at its finest; The Seed House is fully renovated and features modern amenities like wifi, coffee, tea, kitchen basics, 100% cotton linens, smart TV, games, and yoga gear. The barn is nestled at the tree line, bordered by a huge lawn + gardens. Your stay will be relaxing and private and leave you with a special sense of place. *Dog-friendly with prior approval. Mary's Place, a charming cottage renovated in 2022, is nestled in the historic walkable town of Warrenton. With all the comforts of home, this peaceful haven is ideal for any traveler-couples, families, or singles. Complete with extras, like a coffee station, a king sized bed and cozy fireplace in the master suite, and a deck that wraps around to the spacious backyard. The oak tree shaded back deck is perfect for taking in that sweet southern breeze with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

On just over 2 acres you can Relax and “Reset” at our peaceful and spacious getaway. Enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the country but be minutes from restaurants, shopping, downtown Wake Forest and all of the wonderful things our community has to offer. Our land hosts amazing sunrises and sunsets and a star show at night that you most definitely don’t get in town! June of 2021 we finished up a complete re-design/remodel of our modern farmhouse so everything is updated fresh and new!

We are conveniently located near many amenities within Warren and Vance counties, Whispering Oaks 3 min, Seven Springs Farm And Vineyard 9 min, Kerr Lake 19 min, Lake Gaston 30 min, Downtown Warrenton 8 min, and I-85 20 min. Relax with family or enjoy a quick get away, recharge, refresh and soak up the fresh air while enjoying the sunset on the front porch. You'll find ample space in a well stocked kitchen, dinner on the deck is perfect with the backdrop of pasture and lush green fields.

Antler & Oak (Wheless Farms, LLC)

Set in the country for a Peaceful setting where you can hear the birds sing and see our beautiful flowers and enjoy sitting on the front porch and relaxing. We originally started as a Bed & Breakfast called Antler & Oak in Franklin County, located just north of Raleigh and East of Wake Forest. The place is 100 years old, renovated the front portion for use to accommodate guests. Guests have full access to the space including a full kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms & 2 1/2 baths.

Cabin Retreat Near Town

Relax with the whole family in this warm and spacious cabin nestled on 11 wooded acres. A long gravel driveway leads you beside two beautiful horse farms with your private retreat tucked away in the woods. You will enjoy all of the benefits of a private, wooded retreat while conveniently located just minutes from all that Wake Forest, Youngsville, and Franklinton have to offer. Screened porches, a spacious open concept living room/kitchen area, with two adorable bedrooms.

Cozy Coop Barn Apartment on Hobby Farm

Cozy and modern apartment inside a working hobby farm barn. Upstairs holds one bedroom with a queen bed. Loft area upstairs has a convertible futon with a TV/blue ray/dvd. Downstairs is a nearly full eat in kitchen (only missing a stove) and the spacious bathroom with stand up shower. A grill is also available on the large covered porch. Guests have access to large covered porch, playground and yard area. Farm chores done 2 times daily. Pets allowed with fee.

The Peete House and Garden- Entire House

Welcome to the Peete House, a 1911, 4700 sq. ft. neoclassical home in downtown Warrenton. Two blocks from restaurants, bars, the library, antique stores and more. Architectural and gardening interests flourish here. Come explore the large koi pond, two acre garden, and the additional two antebellum houses that reside on property. This home is unique in that it can host a family with 5 bedrooms; 3 are King Suites. Small parties are possible for an additional fee.
