It's a peaceful place, with panoramic views and the convenience of having excellent local restaurants (& wine makers) nearby. The house, decorated with mid century design & furniture and fully air conditioned, has 4 sleeping rooms and 5 bathrooms. Please note: you need a car to reach us and to enjoy the area. The accommodation is part of an old 19th century Tuscan farmhouse surrounded by its own olive groves and woods. This is an ideal place for a relaxing holiday and privileged base for visiting the major centers of interest in Tuscany.

Exclusive suite in an old mill

The Suite is inside a historic mill and is composed by three privated spaces: the main room with the kitchen, the bedroom and the bathroom. The place is very quiet, easy to reach and provided with a large private space where park the car. On our guidebook we listed the best traditional restaurants where dinner, several venues where taking a great breakfast and wonderful places to visit near us.

The house is located in the small medieval village of Perpoli, on top of a sunny and panoramic hill. The place enjoys a wonderful view of the Serchio Valley, the Apuan Alps, and the Apennines. There is a 4000 mq garden with a swimming pool. A perfect place to relax but also to do numerous activities such as trekking, canyoning and MTB.
