This lovely Georgian house is centrally located in the beautiful market town of Ampthill, two minute walk to all the numerous amenities, pubs, restaurants, Waitrose supermarket, antique shops, and stunning parks. The house offers one double bedroom with en suite bathroom, and two additional bedrooms with en suite shower rooms. Spacious Kitchen with seating area with cooking facilities, plus lounge, and separate dining room. In the garden there is a table and chairs. Street parking opposite.

The Barn. Hot tub optional extra.

Overlooking the Chilterns, dating back to 1740 Marquis House was originally a pub. The Barn is where the beer was kept, but now it offers sumptuous accommodation for you to relax. Independent access and self contained for your privacy. The Barn has everything you need including a log burner and 50" TV in the lounge, a hand made King Size bed and an extensive kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine (open the stable door to take in the view). Optional log fired hot tub.

The Northern Quarter

This unique place has a style all of its own. Comfortable and cosy, the garden room comprises of a shower room, sitting room and double bed sized bedroom with a desk, monitor for duel screen working, and a single wardrobe. There are guest profiles on Netflix, Amazon Video & Disney+ available to watch on the 55inch tv in the sitting room, as well as tea, coffee, a fridge, microwave and small air fryer. There are seating areas on both the decking and patio as well as access to our shared garden.

The Pine Loft, Shillington

Brand new self-contained studio apartment, complete with kitchen, en-suite and living space. Located at the start of the Chilterns area of outstanding natural beauty, offering great hiking and outdoor activities. Near the historic town of Hitchin, full of independent cafes, restaurants, shops and entertainment venues. The Pine Loft is on the side of our 19th century home in Shillington (a rural village boasting two walkable gastropubs) fully sealed off from the house once you are inside.

Tyburn Barn is a luxury barn conversion located in pulloxhill, a small village in Central Beds. There is excellent walking, cycling, country pubs and places to visit close by. The Barn is perfect for couples and solo adventurers. The self contained accommodation consists of one double bed fully fitted kitchen and lounge area with patio doors to a balcony with seating area. It has a luxury bathroom with underfloor heating a shower, hairdryer and lighted mirror towels are also provided.

Set in the grounds of a pretty, historic, thatched cottage, Pennyfathers Annex offers the perfect base to explore the surrounding Bedfordshire countryside and Barton hills with easy access to London and Cambridge and a short drive from Woburn Abbey, Wrest park and Bletchley Park. There are Pubs and Restaurants in the local villages, some just a walk away. We can even offer pre and post flight relaxation and parking for your time away, as we are a short taxi ride from Luton Airport.
