Private 4 room suite - incl bfast in Heritage home

Built circa 1910 this Heritage listed home is a unique place to stay... loads of character and with all modern comforts. The self contained guest suite is seperate from the rest of the home and consists of 2 bedrooms, a lounge with sofa bed, a verandah and a bathroom. The dining room is made available for use at breakfast time and a self service continental breakfast is Included in your stay. I only accommodate one booking at a time so you have exclusive use of the entire guest suite areas.

It is close to beautiful beaches like Umina, Ettalong (10min 🚗), also to majestic waterways and national parks in Central Coast. It is within an hour drive /train ride from Sydney and Newcastle. Walking distance to Evarglades country golf club. Close to popular Yoga clubs, Deep Water Plaza shopping center and local pubs and eatery's.

Pittwater Retreat - Balinese inspired apartment

Set in beautiful tropical gardens, this spacious and secluded one bedroom apartment with Pittwater views is the ideal weekend getaway. The private entry leads to a large and light filled living, dining, kitchen area and separate queen sized bedroom with en suite. Both the living area and bedroom have louver windows to capture the summer breeze and open via glass sliding doors to the outdoor deck with Weber BBQ and views across the gardens and tranquil Pittwater.

Self-cont Cabin, Smart TV, Apple TV, unlimited NBN

The Cabin is a large room divided by a large wardrobe and Hutch with the bedroom (Queen Bed) on one side, and the living area on the other. In the large Bedroom area there is also a desk and smart TV (free Apple TV), and the toilet/shower room is accessed there. The kitchen is well equipped and I provide frozen gluten free and other breads as well as many other provisions. The lounge and chair both fold down into beds (a double, and a single) but are quite firm.

This 2 bedroom guest house is battle axed and has valley views. Walk to the lake and the beach in Avoca. New dwelling to enjoy. Please note there are a number of stairs to access cabin. Property not ideally suited for persons with mobility difficulties.
