The Back Forty Solar Cottage

Fernances Creek Farm is one hour north of Sydney in the picturesque Wollombi Valley. Ten minutes from Laguna with the Watagan Mountains and Yengo National Park on our doorstep. The Hunter Valley vineyards start here, with Broke & Pokolbin vineyards 45 minutes away. We are a Haflinger Horse stud on 210 acres, with show jumping and eventing facilities. Great for couples and families, the Back Forty Solar Cottage is a fully featured off grid solar home with all of the comforts and space to relax.

Relax and unwind in our beautiful, unique space, enjoying the sounds of nature as you indulge in the outdoor shower in the sun. With just a short walk to the waterfront, corner store and bottle shop, you can set up the perfect picnic down by the water or at home. Grab yourself one of Central Coasts best coffee's from Empires D'lite. If you are a bringing a boat along, you can plonk it in at Kendall Road wharf and be set for the day. There is also kids parks, tennis court and bbq area close by.

Farm Stay Apartment is situated on 60 acres, the home of Forest Hill Stud, one of Australia's leading Arabian Horse Studs. 1 hr North of Sydney. 5 mins from M1 & Westfield. Apartment has a Double Bed and single bed in Main bedroom and a double bed futon in Living room. Main bedroom also has a fully reclining comfortable lazy boy chair to sleep. The Copa Cabana

The Copa Cabana is a free standing residence, situated on the ocean side of the block behind another freestanding house. Small dogs are welcome but please notify us BEFORE booking. There will be an additional fee of $170.

Watch the sun rise over the escarpment rising above the glorious Hawkesbury River and drift off to sleep to the rhythm of gently lapping waves. Come by ferry, water taxi ( not jet ski) by to our car-free island. Curl up with a book, bushwalk, birdwatch, throw in a line or stroll down to the cafe for coffee. Perfect for writers, artists, boaters, photographers and nature lovers. Recharge and make memories!

Patonga Creek Cabin.

Situated 40 metres from the creek in the beautiful fishing village of Patonga. We are a 5 minute walk to the beach. The Boathouse Hotel with it's renowned restaurant, fish and chip shop is a 5 minute walk away. With many magnificent bush walks, fishing, swimming, kayaking, cycling or just relaxing by the creek and watching the tide come in and out there is something for everyone. Just an hour and a half by car from Sydney or 30 minutes by ferry from Palm Beach.
