Ten Bay is located in central Eleuthera on the Caribbean side of the island, close to Palmetto Point. It is excellent for swimming, kayaking, and snorkeling. The water is calm and shallow with a clean sandy bottom. The beach is protected from rough waves and is well known for its clear water, which is excellent for children with a clean sandy bottom and shallow for a long way out.

Welcome to the Lil Red House your very own little piece of paradise. This beachfront home is literally footsteps from the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean. The property is unique in that it has its own natural salt water pool carved out in front of the home where you can snorkel from the home to beautiful coral reefs just a few hundred feet away. Palmetto Point Lighthouse is a working lighthouse that is located on navigational charts of the Bahamas. The house is directly on the Atlantic Ocean and has commanding views throughout. A paved walkway leads from the lighthouse to an intermediate level patio followed by a staircase to the secluded beach.
