Villa con accesso diretto sul lago d'Orta. La villa è immersa in un giardino nel quale è possibile passare una giornata rilassante sulle rive del più romantico dei laghi italiani. Lago balneabile e dalle acque particolarmente limpide. La temperatura dell'acqua è particolarmente mite ed è possibile nuotare da fine maggio sino ad inizio Ottobre. E' ideale anche come punto di appoggio per chi volesse visitare le numerose località turistiche della zona: Orta San Giulio, il Lago Maggiore con Stresa e le isole Borromee, il lago di Mergozzo, la Valle dell' Ossola, la Valle Strona, la Valsesia e molte altre. Prima audio en tv is aanwezig met Netflix. Hiernaast een 6 persoons jacuzzi waar het hele jaar gebruik van kan worden gemaakt. Restaurants, midgetgolf, pretpark Duinenzathe op loop afstand.

Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Charming and luxury location, 3 km from Bellagio centre, where you can have a relaxing holiday with your family or friends. The house has a big private garden with direct access to the beach, 2 bedrooms with big double beds and a double sofa bed in the living room and 2 bathrooms. Perfect for children that can play in the large outdoor spaces but also for adults that can relax drinking a good italian wine. Guests will have the whole house for them and a private parking.

Situated 15 minutes from Interlaken and Spiez, the little village of Krattigen is situated like an Eagle Nest, overviewing the entire lake of Thun. It's no coincidence Krattigen has three different camping spots for caravans. The view is nice. And within Krattigen, Little Villa a prime location.
