Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

Sogar Parkmöglichkeiten finden sich leicht. Sonst 3 Minuten Fußweg zur Bahnlinie 9 (15 min bis Kröpke). Nette Restaurants in der Nähe oder im bekannten Viertel Linden (5 Minuten Bahn). Nette Umgebung mit kleinem Wald auch zum joggen und spazieren.

Familie Waldkauz's Gästehaus mitten im Wald

Unsere Unterkunft liegt mitten in Deutschland, in der Nähe von Kassel und ist umgeben von Natur. Du wirst sie lieben wegen der himmlischen Ruhe, dem Türchen in den Wald und trotzdem nur 20 km Entfernung nach Kassel mit Auto oder Straßenbahn. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, alleinreisende Abenteurer, Familien (mit Kindern) und größere Gruppen geeignet. Sofern es sich nicht um unkontrollierbare Kampfhunde handelt sind uns Tiere willkommen und fühlen sich regelmäßig sehr wohl.

Apartment is located at the House of the Golden Lion dating back to 1608 in the heard of the historical centre on Prague’s most picturesque tourist route known as the Royal Walk. The apartment has a beautiful view to Prague Castle and baroque St. Nicholas Church. There are original wooden ceilings and Viennese cross board flooring. Even though it's located few steps from the most famous monuments, it's in the quiet area. There is an excellent restaurant on the ground floor.

Do you want to help us equip our new apartment? You can, by your visit. Our apartment is ready for real city explorers, not for visitors who come somewhere and watch TV. There's a place to sleep, cook, eat, wash even to work, and get information about Prague. It's easy, if you help us, we'll help you get to know Prague. We have things stored in the apartment, but it does not matter at all, they almost aren't seen. Two beds consist of sleeping bag. Go on!
