With easy access to an excellent range of wineries, restaurant, biking and walking trails and Napier's 20s and 30s architecture and celebrations, Northala will provide the comfort base to share with family and friends. Self-contained accommodation, with the peace and quiet of the country but great proximity to town and other activities. This is a stand-alone sleep out with a private bathroom, television, mini refrigerator, microwave and breakfast facilities( jug, toaster) Only 10 minutes drive to beautiful Havelock North village or Hastings town, and we are Wine Country central at only 7 minutes to the start of the Bridge Pa Triangle (a collection of different wineries, a must visit- on your bike is best!).

Stoneridge Farmstay is a peaceful working Sheep & Beef farm where you can enjoy the stunning rolling landscape of the Tararua region. The cottage is purpose built from recycled materials and consists of two bedrooms, one with an ensuite and a second separate bathroom. Both bedrooms have French doors opening on to the wraparound verandah so you can lie in bed and admire the view, listen to the birdsong or just enjoy the silence. The cottage is set back from the road in its own garden with fruit trees and lavender. Two tables on the verandah enable relaxed dining and all day sun. Enjoy the open fire on colder days.

Sunny & comfortable private unit

Our comfortable little studio unit is set at the back of our property, providing you with the privacy to enjoy coffee in the morning sun with the native birds . It is part of a sustainability project with money earned from this listing going into planting land damaged by cyclone Gabriel, with natives. Situated just five minutes drive from Havelock North village and set adjacent to the Te Mata Peak park where you can enjoy the local walking, mountain biking tracks and must-see views

Takapau Yurt Experience

Situated in the side garden by the main house on a privately owned sheep farm (42 acres). Stunning views across the valley from behind the yurt and mountain views from the beautiful native garden surrounding the house. Guest bathroom is inside the main house. Breakfast is included and dinner is available at request and additional charge from my fully licenced food truck. Local superette 5mins drive away in the village, several nearby bush walks and wineries within a 15 min drive.

Paratu Farm Cottage in a quiet rural setting.

Refurbished, delightful but old, country cottage on a working sheep and beef farm located 12kms from Waipukurau. Paratu Cottage is in a very quiet location with the option of strolling over the farm for the more energetic. Basic pantry items supplied in the cottage AND a Nespresso coffee machine. Winter Heating- There is a log burner in the cottage that will heat the whole house. There is also plenty of firewood on hand to keep it going for you, for colder weather.

Built in the 1800's, this cosy cottage retains its original character, with modern comforts. Located just 5km from Tikokino and the popular Sawyers Arms Hotel.
