A Cottage for All Seasons, for Lovers Of All Kinds. Perfect for one couple, great for two ($50 pp addn guest) This 160 year old cottage set in an old world garden offers a sensory retreat to another world. A hideaway where sunny verandas provide the perfect spot to chat over a coffee, read, or lie back and unwind. Wander the gardens, smell the lavender and roses, observe the native bird life, the wide views or relax in the spa pool. The wood burner makes the cottage toasty warm in winter.

Tuki Tuki Valley retreat

Nestled in the heart of the Tuki Tuki Valley is our beautiful 2 bedroom retreat. Relax on 7 acres of countryside with picture perfect views out to Te Mata Peak. Enjoy walks over the property or take the bikes out on the cycle trail that takes you straight past Red Bridge Cafe, arguably, the best coffee in HB! Have a wine at Craggy or if leaving our retreat is hard, you have books to read, an inviting bath, fresh produce from the vege gardens. Cook on the bbq and enjoy the sunset from the deck.

Entire house, 2 bedrooms, secluded site

The cottage is purpose built from recycled materials and consists of two bedrooms, one with an ensuite and a second separate bathroom. Both bedrooms have French doors opening on to the wraparound verandah so you can lie in bed and admire the view, listen to the birdsong or just enjoy the silence. The cottage is set back from the road in its own garden with fruit trees and lavender. Two tables on the verandah enable relaxed dining and all day sun. Enjoy the open fire on colder days.

Every room has a view, as do the 3 outdoor lounge areas. 10 minutes from Havelock North, Black Barn , beaches, shopping and wineries, with a coffee shop 3 minutes away, makes it a perfect getaway for families, a couple or a larger group of friends.
