Welcome to "The Eyrie" at Eagleview Retreat. Home of the breathtaking Kootenay lake and surrounding Mountains. This is the entire upper two floors of a multiple-room guest house located in an absolutely beautiful Area. This is a luxurious 10-year old, 3000+ sq/ft home. It has just been recently furnished with all new high-end furnishings, including all bedroom suites and mattresses. Beautiful views and peaceful surroundings at this location. I have endeavored to create a comfortable space that provides a wonderful base for adventuring. The walls are covered in local art, I love showcasing local artisans. Paintings are reminiscent of Nelson and are for sale. The beautiful king sized bed and live edge wood counters are taken from sustainably harvested trees and created by a local craftsman. The upstairs is spacious and features a wood burning stove. The downstairs is a beautiful grotto bathroom with a sunken tub big enough for two.

This luxurious waterfront home is located 15 minutes south of Nakusp on the pristine Arrow Lakes. The area is well known for amazing hot springs, unspoiled landscapes, and a wild array of outdoor activities for all seasons.
