We do live in bear country. 4. Fishing is fantastic! 5. It snows +/- 30 feet of snow in the winter. The only regret you might have... Not booking enough days!

A flat journey along the water which is rare for Nelson! Mountain biking trails are just a short ride away and the world class Wh2O ski resort is a short 20min drive away Two young boys live upstairs so please expect some noise and footsteps. By the Lake is a welcoming, private suite situated in a beautiful, modern waterfront home with a stunning view over the lake and a lovely garden with a hot tub. Five minutes drive from downtown and 15 minutes from Whitewater ski area, provides refreshing hikes and skiing opportunities close by. Close access to shopping and restaurants. John's Walk lakeside path passes right by the house, leading you to attractive Lakeside Park. Our beach provides a peaceful spot to relax on the lake shore.

Welcome to Eagleview Retreat Guest House. Home of the breathtaking Kootenay lake and surrounding Mountains. This is the entire guest house (including a completely PRIVATE lower suite) located in an absolutely beautiful area. This is a luxurious 10-year old, 3000+ sq/ft home that has just been recently furnished with all new high-end furnishings, including all bedroom suites and mattresses. We are busy so often don’t see guests but nearby if you need :) Just 7 minute drive to Invermere!
