Note: the house is not child-proofed for crawling infants or roaming toddlers and therefore not recommended.

While we want you to feel completely at home, we do ask that you keep it down when walking to and from the unit and when on the private patio (as a courtesy to our neighbors). Laundry! Enjoy coffee on the porch, cooking in the updated and spacious kitchen, dine indoors or outdoors, relax in the jacuzzi, and get cozy with an evening fire at our Malm fireplace. Gated with parking.

Tree House Getaway in the Hollywood Hills

Come lounge in style in the Hollywood Hills. This private 1-bedroom rental has everything you could need- large bedroom, kitchenette, living room, bath, and a huge enclosed covered porch. This space really takes indoor/ outdoor living to the next level. The porch has a tree house vibe complete with hanging day bed. There’s an additional garden to relax in. All areas are private, including a private gated entrance for extra security. Ample street parking in front of property.

Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.

This bright, cozy Spanish Oasis is a fully furnished 2-bedroom (Queen and Full Double Bed) home ideally located in Atwater Village, adjacent to Los Feliz, Griffith Park, Hollywood, and Silverlake. Cafes, boutiques, restaurants, and a farmer's market are all within a 5-minute walk. Unwind in the backyard oasis with a koi pond, fire pit, surrounded by large mature trees providing shade, tranquility, and privacy. Ample parking. PETS STAY FREE.
