This is all one area with a private bathroom. Bathroom has full size shower, kitchen area a microwave, fridge, coffee maker and inside grill. Tea, coffee, water provided. BBQ on the front porch. Woodland trails, wildlife and privacy. No smoking or vaping in the cabin. Perfect for retreats or just being able to relax and breathe

You will find on our 23 acre homestead farm our beautiful lodge-themed private guest-house. Relax in the indoor jetted tub or the outdoor shared nine-person hot tub, year around. Enjoy the sounds of nature & experience the truly-amazing, gorgeous, & breathtaking views with a rustic country charm that includes waterfalls, walking/hiking trails, chickens & fish you can feed, a pond with boats, an apiary, streams, gardens, fields, woods, & much more nature. Goudy Pond offers a place to get away from it all. Located in CNY, our cabins offer an oasis from the demands of modern life. Its ranquil natural beauty provides a place to relax and recharge. Goudy Pond is a 22 acre private lake fed by natural springs and surrounded by wilderness and acres of a wetlands teaming with wildlife. Kayaks, canoes, a paddle boat are provided.Enjoy swimming, hiking, fishing. No electricity, however there are flush toilets, hot shower, propane for lights and cooking.

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.

Welcome to our cozy cottage! This beautiful home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Relax by the fireplace, read a book on the indoor hammock, or watch our smart tv. The bathroom has a large shower with many body sprays, very relaxing. Walk to Autumn Lake and use our boats, or head to Salmon River for exciting fishing just about 2mins away. Bring your ATV. In winter, we are on the C5 trail for snowmobiling. Come and get cozy in our lovely cottage!
