BRAND NEW 490 sq ft tiny house/cottage nestled in the woods in a country setting. Complete with a queen bedroom, a twin/day bed and then a queen bed in loft ( comfortably sleeps 4 adults and one child). We are conveniently located 10 miles from I-85 exit 1 on S Hwy 11. 20 minutes from Clemson, 8 minutes from Seneca, and just a short drive to many hiking trails, lakes and parks in the beautiful foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains.

The Cottage

Come relax and refresh in peaceful surroundings. Relax and unwind on the front porch. Experience tranquility as the sun sets and the frogs start croaking. You are welcome to cast a line in the pond to try your skill at fishing. Fishing poles are not provided. The cottage is private but still has convenience of Walmart and Oconee Memorial Hospital within a 5 minute drive. We are 13 miles from Clemson.

Enjoy your time spent in this spacious and peaceful pet friendly space. Nicely appointed with everything you need for a short or long term stay. Ten easy miles to Clemson and 3 miles to SWU. Besides the open living space the house has a screened porch and accomodates 4 with 2 bedroom & 2 adjoining baths. The home includes washer & dryer, coffee bar, granite countertops, and microwave.

Rustic styled 800 sq/ft full apartment above our barn-garage that sleeps 4. This amazing space is roomy and has separate parking and private entrance. Equipped with full kitchen, laundry, private deck and fire pit. We have adequate parking and pull thru drive for guests with boats. Pets are not permitted as some of our guests have allergies.
