Casa Planchette is a gem of peace and amazing views, just few minutes outside Bre’. It enjoys breathtaking lake view and an all-day-long sun exposure. The house is part of a beautiful 1,500sqm agricole terrain, giving guests the unique opportunity to enjoy an extrarodinary garden space, in rare peace and silence. Interiors are decorated by Serena Maisto, a popular local artist whose masterpieces can also be purchased. All furnitures are vintage, honoring our commitment to sustainability.

Appartamento al secondo piano di 50 m.q. su due livelli con entrata indipendente può ospitare fino ad un massimo di 5 persone. L’appartamento non è adatto ai bambini con età inferiore ai 4 anni. Per ragioni di spazio non è possibile aggiungere letti o lettini. Piscina e giardino in comune con altri ospiti. Aria condizionata, Wi-Fi, cassaforte. L’appartamento è vicino alla strada principale, che costeggia il lago, per questo motivo può esserci del rumore delle automobili in transito.l

Gemütliches Landhaus mit schöner Aussicht; freistehend; im Grünen; 1.5 km vom Dorf; 30 Auto-Minuten bis zur Stadt, mitten im Wandergebiet. Grosse Spielwiese, Aussichtsterasse (Pergola), Feuerring / Grill. Im Haus ist eine selbständige 2 Zimmer-Einlegerwohnung mit separatem Zugang. Die Zufahrtsstrasse zum Haus ist eine schmale Privatstrasse mit Ausweichbuchten. Winter: bei Schnee ist ein 4WD erforderlich! Leider keine Haustiere möglich, da ich starker Allergiker bin.

A nice place to be in contact with the nature and the beutiful surroundings. There is no Wifi and no TV, ideal to relax, detox from the digital life and enjoy the beauty of the nature. Very colse by car to Locarno and Tenero (10 min).
