This condo is perfect for a luxurious stay, with friendly, courteous service from Japanese staff. Studio type with one queen-size bed, not separated from the living room. The free access to the resort pool, beach, and gym is available for guests staying a week or more. This limited service is first-come, first-served. Pickup and rental car with a driver is available. Wi-Fi is free, but we cannot guarantee its full access due the unstable Filipino infrastructure. Usually no problem.

A beautiful studio type smaller unit situated by the ocean in Amlan close to Dumaguete Philippines. It has high speed internet(wifi), a double bed, hot/cold shower, cable tv, wifi, air con, refrigerator and cooking facilities with utensils. Situated by a coral sanctuary for snorkeling and beautiful view of ocean. The normal occupancy is for two but we will accept a couple with a young child. Free transportation to and from airport or ferry.
