Our Honda 125i automatic scooter 🛵 can be used for free from all guest with valid driving license which booked our place for a daily rate of net 1,500 Php or more. If you booked for less then 1,500/day then can use the scooter for a payment of 300 Php/day. We charge a 2,000 Php cash deposit.

This beautiful newly deluxe apartment has recently been extended and renovated and suitable for up to four guests. We offer a quiet beachfront property perfect for a holiday environment. We have a full kitchen and amenities to make your stay more enjoyable. PLEASE note that the listing is based on 2 guests. There is a 500 php charge for each additional guest. Check-in time is from 3 PM - 6 PM. After 7 pm there is a 500 PHP late fee for overtime for our caretaker. Cutoff check-in is at 9 PM.

Air-conditioned room with a bunk bed and two single beds, good for 4 persons with private bathroom (inside the room). In addition, two extra beds can be added. The Barkada room is located directly at the entrance to our house and has its own entrance. It's a cool and cozy atmosphere. The location is very close to the beach (five minutes walk). Sascha"s place have the best spot for snorkeling, We have also a very quite place with a huge garden, if you are a dog lover, we have 5 cute friendly jackrussels to play. The rooms is a Swiss standard and very cozy and comfortable. you can alao use my private kitchen if you want to cook. i have also motorbike for rent. :)
