The flat has been recently and totally renovated. The rustic stone walls and antique ceiling beams have been exposed and carefully restored on both levels. Modern design elements and understated hip luxury integrate with the buildings original features to make this flat the perfect city escape for the discerning traveler. The spacious and quiet bedroom on the 2nd floor features a French-made luxuriously comfortable king size bed (180cm) complete with the finest feather and hypoallergenic (upon request) bedding, built in closet, oak chest of drawers and a full length floor mirror. The ultra contemporary ensuite bathroom is decorated in calming hues of gray and beige, has a rain shower, toilet, sink and a towel heater. On the first level a fully equipped kitchen/ living and dining area have been tastefully outfitted with a mixture of modern classics and unusual finds, offering the utmost in comfort in a cool and casual setting designed to make your stay in the City of Lights a very special one. Private access via the main entrance, this duplex is an independent apartment. This chic one bedroom duplex is ideally located in the heart of the sought-after Rive Gauche/St. Germain neighborhood. The lively and cultivated Left Bank district boasts some of city’s finest shopping, dining and culture. A fan is provided, however, due to the the old thick stone walls the apartment stays rather cool even on the warmest of summer days. 2. The apartment has an interior stairway from the living/dining room to the bedroom/bathroom and therefore may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. 3. This apartment can only comfortably accommodate 3 people. Children above the age of 12 years old are welcome. 4. While the kitchen is very well equipped, there is no dishwashing machine.

Je serai ravi de vous accueillir dans mon appartement pour 2 personnes dans le 7e arrondissement , au 4e étage d'un immeuble calme. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur mais les étages se montent facilement :). Mon logement est placé dans un quartier vivant et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour : une cuisine équipée, un salon lumineux, un lit confortable et une salle de bain. Les métros à proximité vous permettront d'accéder rapidement à tous les espaces iconiques de Paris !
