Casa Elora

Spacious third floor, two-bedroom apartment remarkably close to the historic Elora Mill. 1500 square feet. 14-foot ceilings. Gas Fireplace. A/C. Very bright. Views of Grand River and town. Balcony overlooking river. I want my guests to have an amazing experience! The location is Mill Street East. There are restaurants, a creperie, coffee shop, movie theatre, and park directly outside the door. Parking is metered on Mill Street, but you can park for free across the river. (At least for now!)

If your stay begins with location this place is it. Situated one street from the Elora Mill and all it has to offer, your stay will be convenient and carefree. (Enter through the private entrance into the necessary comforts for an ideal stay on the bank of the Grand River in historic Fergus, Ontario. A short walk to downtown Fergus and nearby walking trails. A five minute drive will bring you to downtown Elora to explore many shops and restaurants. Within a five to 10 minute drive enjoy more beauty of the Elora Gorge or Quarry . Bellwood lake and Cox Creek Winery 10 minute drive.

Broken Silo

Built in 1867, our attached carriage house has been renovated into a studio apartment. It has a private bath, complete kitchen, sitting area, in-floor heat, coffee and tea. We are located 7 kms south of Elora, 10 kms west of Fergus and 15 kms north of Guelph in the hamlet of Ponsonby. The apartment has a king size bed and a smart TV. No Pets or Smoking. Longer term rentals are available at discounted prices. We have honey bees, chickens, pigeons and a dog named Penny on the property.

Very quiet. Spacious screened porch next to Grand River! Fifteen minutes walk (less than 5 minutes drive) to downtown Fergus, 7 minute drive to downtown Elora. Note that access is down a flight of exterior stairs and unfortunately is not suited for individuals with mobility challenges.
