(Enter through the private entrance into the necessary comforts for an ideal stay on the bank of the Grand River in historic Fergus, Ontario. A short walk to downtown Fergus and nearby walking trails. A five minute drive will bring you to downtown Elora to explore many shops and restaurants. Within a five to 10 minute drive enjoy more beauty of the Elora Gorge or Quarry . Bellwood lake and Cox Creek Winery 10 minute drive.

Thanksgiving Weekend sale! Check in Fri Oct 9, stay three nights, enjoy a big discount! One bedroom self-contained basement apartment right on the bank of the Grand River in historic Fergus, Ontario. Very quiet. Spacious screened porch next to Grand River! Fifteen minutes walk (less than 5 minutes drive) to downtown Fergus, 7 minute drive to downtown Elora. Note that access is down a flight of exterior stairs and unfortunately is not suited for individuals with mobility challenges.

Victorian Apartment-Downtown Elora

The Victorian Apartment is located in the heart of Elora just steps away from Bissell Park and the Elora Mill. Two floors with a full kitchen, bathrooms on both levels, laundry, upstairs outside porch and a claw foot tub make this suite uniquely cozy. The wifi has recently been upgraded to the EERO mesh system. I am open to hosting your pets as well but they have to be medium to small (Under 30 lbs) and well mannered. Please no barking dogs or dogs who mark their surroundings.

We are located at the north end of Fergus, a 5 minute drive to down town Fergus and 8 minutes to down town Elora for shops and restaurants. 8 minutes to the Sports Plex where the Scottish Festival, and other events are held. 5 minutes to the Elora Gorge. We are pet (Dog) friendly. Please enquire if you want to bring a pet other than a dog.
