IN PASEO DEL PRADO AREA, UNESCO´S WORLD HERITAGE SITE- Escape to this meticulously curated lifestyle apartment for peace and tranquility. The studio space boasts an open-plan living area, rich red and yellow tones, soaring ceilings, and a walkout to the secluded outdoor lounge. RECOMMENDED FOR COUPLES OR COUPLES WITH CHILDREN. NOT FOR THREE ADULTS In a unique space with almost 4 meters high, in this "Pied a terre" which receives its light, both from the huge windows open to a restricted traffic street and from its green “Patio” courtyard, have combined vintage pieces of the years 70 and 80 of s. XX, with signatures such as those of Pierre Folie (Jacques Charpentier), Paco Rabanne and the Spanish designer Oscar Tusquets. It has created a sophisticated but cozy atmosphere, to which the spectacular patio, unique in Madrid, adds a fresh and magical touch. The Loft has a double bed (1.50 x 1.90) and an extra individual bed for a child not older than 16 years. Emiliano and Javier are available for what our guest needs. We live just 10 minutes from the Studio, trying to be close to your needs. Just in Paseo del Prado Area, reciently declared by UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE over 400 years ago, literary figures Lope de Vega, Calderón de la Barca, or Cervantes himself live in the Barrio de las Letras. Today it is one of the main attractions of Madrid. The area is home to museums, art, restaurants, and bars. Perfectly communicated, located in the same exit of the metro station "Antón Martín", in the vicinity of the ATOCHA station, this apartment is located five minutes walk from the main tourist attractions of Madrid: Plaza de Santa Ana, from Sol or from the Plaza Mayor.

This modern penthouse with original wood beams with a beautiful planted terrace, nested on the top floor of a 1900 building will enable you to unwind with beautiful views after a day walking in the city. It is very quiet and super comfortable. You will find everything you need to spend a wonderful time in Madrid. Estudio junto a la Plaza Mayor.

Espléndido estudio en la calle Mayor al lado del Mercado San Miguel y situado en un lateral de la Plaza Mayor. A 2 minutos de la puerta del Sol Esta zona es la almendra central de Madrid, el Madrid de los Austria, puede irse andando a todos los sitios del centro, Museos, plazas emblemáticas y todos los edificios históricos están aqui, en el Kilómetro 0! Es un Edificio de protección histórica, una casa construida en 1890, no hay ruidos, ya que está recién reformada, (junio 2019).

Monopoly loft en el centro de Madrid

Nos encontramos en la Calle Carlos Arniches Nº 11 en pleno Centro de Madrid, a dos minutos del metro de la Latina, en esta calle ponen El Rastro todos los domingos, el apartamentos cuenta con habitación independiente, un baño completo y un espacio de salón con cocina Americana. El apartamento es superluminoso ya que tiene mucha luz natural tanto en salón como en la habitación. Un espacio amplio y diáfano , con un gran patio exterior Privado, un estilo cuidado ,elegante y actual .Una casa tranquila en el centro . El gran parque del Retiro ,el gran pulmón de Madrid a tan solo unos pasos. Esta casa de 130 metros cuadrados en plena zona de museos,patrimonio de la humanidad de la UNESCO está además muy cerca del centro histórico de la ciudad . Conexión directa con el aeropuerto ,Comunicación inmejorable con autobús , metro y tren en la puerta. .

Cosy and warm at Chueca's heart.A real treasure.

Totally refurbished loft with modern features but with a cosy feeling. The outdoor patio is very rare to find in central Madrid. Spacious layout and very high ceiling. Double glazing, individual gas heating, kitchen fully equipped .Double good mattress bed. Is very quiet. You don’t hear a noise despite being at one of the trendiest area, full of restaurants shops and fashionable bars. At the best location to visit the whole Madrid by foot.You will love it.Trust me.

The studio is located a few meters from Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, El Rastro and other tourist attractions. The loft is designed with special attention to detail for those looking for more than a just city center accommodation. Pieces of contemporary art and French and Spanish antiques from the 19th and 20th centuries are combined to form a unique environment for which many original elements of a building dating from the 18th century have been recovered.

Mimnimun stay 32 nigths. Unique and full of caracter. This is a medium term rental. Perfect for digital nomads, students or profesional looking for a cozy and bright place in Madrid with lots of personality. Spacious and bright open-plan loft in the heart of Madrid's Malasaña district, located in the center of the city. The loft is equipped with air conditioning and WiFi. With 40 square meters of space and exposed wooden beams at a height of 5 meters.
