The apartment is composed by 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, living room, kitchen and balconies. -With Washing Machine and Dryer. -We manage only one apartment, so we pay much attention to it. It' a different approach from the big companies with a big amount of apartments. Plus we live very very near the apartment, and ready to reach you for any need. -Our strong point is the premium assistance. We have written a document with all the information about the main places to visit in Naples and a list of restaurants we personally judge great! In this way you will find all the information in one document, and will not lose time to look for information (maybe wrong) online. We will send this before your arrival. If you are interested in making guided tours in Naples, Pompeii or else we have contacts with enthusiastic tour guides. Just ask us the list of all the possible tours, we'll be happy to help you. We also arrange transfers inside and outside Naples. ***STRATEGIC POSITION*** -There are 2 metro lines in the square: METRO1 (Museo) METRO2 (Cavour). The 2 lines cross each other only in our square and at the Central station. -Pompeii is easily reachable in 45 minutes from Piazza Cavour, thanks to trains every 30 minutes from the metro station right outside the building. Taking this train will make you save time, because you won't have to go to the Central Train station. -You can also reach Reggia of Caserta with the Metro outside our building! -There are two supermarkets in the square : one of the next to the building's door, and the other one 3 minutes from home open untill midnight . Plus, we will provide you with a cart to carry food from the supermarkets. ***ALL OUR COMFORTS*** -Air conditioning in summer and heating system in winter. -Glasses with double soundproof system. 0 noises inside. -Washing machine, Dryer, clothes' lines outdoor and a table to iron. -Chromecast that allows you to watch films with your Netflix account. -The Kitchen is suitable for cooking any lunch or dinner, you will find various pots, american coffee maker, oven, coffee pots, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, dishes, cutlery, glasses, cups and dishwasher. -Crib and high chair for babies -You will find all the linen for bed and bathroom. -Safe box where you can put your passports and documents. -In the building hall there is a doorman during the day. L'appartamento è situato in pieno centro storico ed è servito da un parcheggio a pagamento. Il terrazzo con un vista a 360 gradi con una vista meravigliosa(Vesuvio il centro storico la chiesa di Santa Chiara capri ed il mare)L'appartamento al settimo piano con ascensore è molto luminoso con due lunghi balconi é arredato finemente. Le stanze da letto sono molto ampie ed entrambe provviste di una scrivania. Una stanza da letto ha accesso al suo bagno personale. L'altro bagno è molto ampio e lumino

Il Teatro di Nerone

La casa ha un ampio ingresso, con pianoforte antico, camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale sormontato da uno scenografico museale baldacchino antico, più un letto singolo, anch’esso antico (all’occorrenza si può aggiungere un quarto posto letto), soffitto antico con travi di legno, pavimenti antichi. Vi è una cucina abitabile con 5 fornelli a gas, forno, frigocongelatore, bollitore elettrico e lavatrice. Eventuale possibilità di secondo bagno con doccia, in caso di 3 o 4 persone adulte.

L' appartamento è stato appena ristrutturato; arredato con pezzi di antiquariato napoletano e modernariato, mixati con tanto colore. Si sviluppa su due livelli: un ampio piano-terra living con divano letto, cucina completamente accessoriata e bagno, e soppalco con ampia camera da letto matrimoniale.

Suite degli ospiti ricavata da appartamento in palazzo storico. Il punto di forza è la posizione, situata nel cuore del centro storico, la suite è silenziosa, intima e pulita, ideale per coppie, ma anche famiglie e gruppi di amici fino a 5. La suite non dispone di cucina, ma gli ospiti hanno a disposizione un microonde, un frigorifero e un bollitore. Nel salotto ci sono un divano letto misura francese m. 1.40 e una poltrona letto singolo. Il bagno con doccia, wc e lavandino, è privo di bidet.

La Camera Chiara - Mansarda in Via Duomo

Dall’omaggio ad uno dei testi più noti e intimi sulla fotografia e dalla sua particolare luminosità trae il nome “La Camera Chiara”, un alloggio ubicato in una delle strade più famose di Napoli, Via Duomo, a pochi passi dalla Metro Linea 1 e dal Porto. Si tratta di un’ampia mansarda di oltre 150 mq capace di ospitare fino a 7 persone, nel pieno centro storico di Napoli. Ben 10 lucernari inondano l’ambiente di luce.
