This cheerful and sunny home is located in a quiet and safe older neighborhood close to downtown and conveniently not too far from Hwy 99. This home is the perfect cozy place to rest and relax. Our little area of Modesto is unique in that we have a wonderful walking and biking trail only a block away. You can walk to our small neighborhood shopping area that has a grocery store with a Starbucks, a very popular frozen yogurt shop, restaurants, an independent bookstore and cute shops.

This large 1920’s single story bungalow is our most family-friendly home; its closest to our awesome revitalized downtown, sits on a corner lot with driveway + plenty of free parking and has lovely large yards. The back is private + fully-fenced w/ covered porch with fountain and furnishings for outside living. Inside you’ll find old original (yes creaky) wood floors, tons of character, comfortable unique furnishings + ultra fast internet/cable + smart TVs and a 1925 piano.

The Heart of the Valley: Smart Modern Farmhouse

The Heart of the Valley takes it's name after what the city of Turlock represents to the Central Valley, it's heart. I wanted to use this as inspiration to create a home the embodied this. I worked closely with local interior designer, Marísela Rodríguez, to come up with a home design where guest can enjoy the convenience of modern technology while still having that warm, welcoming feeling a farmhouse has to offer.

La Loma Casita “B” - Entire House

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Located in La Loma neighborhood. This Casita offers a fully stocked kitchen, laundry room (washer & dryer), queen size bed & 1 full bathroom. AC & Heather (via mini split system) Driveway fits two cars. Overall, a beautiful little house with lots of renovations. Self check-in with electronic keypad door lock. No smoking, no parties.

We put all our heart and Love into our Newly renovated Casa Orozco #2. We take great pride in staying that we believe that you will love your stay. The place truly feels like a home away from home. The place is a modern style open concept design. You will have a driveway, front yard with grass, back yard, and the whole place to yourself. Very close to shopping and restaruants , close to Highway 99, full kitchen and has a gas barbecue grill in the back patio. Plenty of sleeping area, and has a extra roll a way bed in closet . Great for working travels , nurses, multiple groups, or anyone looking for a nice home away from home.
