Sunset View is our cherished family holiday home, nestled in the heart of the Cotswold Lakes. A luxurious Scandinavian style lake house, the perfect place to unwind. Enjoy spacious open-plan living that flows seamlessly onto a large sun deck with direct access to the tranquil lake. Spend the days paddling on the water, firing up the BBQ or simply soaking up the surroundings. In the evenings, sink into the hot tub with a glass in hand and take in the stunning views as the sun sets over the water.

Set on the edge of the village in a quiet location with good access roads. A local pub & village shop within walking distance. There are a broad range of activities within the Cotswolds lakes such as plenty of walks nearby including the Thames path & bird watching points. 10 min drive away is Cirencester a vibrant market town.

Bibury Hidden Dovecote (Grade II Listed)

We are delighted to reopen the dovecote after some essential improvements. We can now offer availability from this spring. A completely unique experience. This converted dovecote has a stunning bathroom, copper bath, wet room shower and beautiful double bedroom with terrace. Situated in a quiet but central location in Bibury with parking and breakfast. Perfect for a secret romantic break. Situated conveniently for Burford, Cirencester and Cheltenham, you can explore South Cotswolds.

The Old Bakery At The Grange

Perfectly located for RIAT, being walking distance from the Green Entry Point, The Old Bakery At The Grange is an ideal cottage for exploring all that the Cotswolds has to offer whatever the season. We are a few minutes’ walk away from The Old Spotted Cow pub. The cottage is full of country character and the interiors reflect our love of travel. Due to the character features of the cottage, it is unsuitable for very young toddlers and those unsteady on their feet.

Cosy converted farm building with exposed stone walls.The cottages all form a horse-shoe shape around a shared courtyard, but each with its own private entrance and outdoor seating area. The cottages can be booked separately or all together to accommodate a group of up to 14. Ideally located for exploring the watersports, cycling or nature reserves in the Cotswold Water Park. 10 miles from historic Cirencester. Easy access to picturesque Cotswold villages.
