Enjoy quality time with family or friends at our newly remodeled 1930's ocean front family beach home. Sun bathe on the deck in the Summer, catch some waves, rinse off in our outdoor shower, stroll along the shore at sunset, and enjoy barbecuing on the patio. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. This may impact the ground floor view. See pics.

We live in the upper unit with our kids so you may hear some early morning pitter patter. :)

Long Beach Lower Corner Unit in Belmont Shore, on the Peninsula, 2 Kayaks, 2 Stand up Paddle Boards, 4 Boogie Boards, Umbrella, 4 Beach chairs, 4 Beach towels, are provided. Only few steps from the Sand, Bay or Ocean. On the Bay side, About a 10 second walk to the water. Swim, kayak, surf, Sunbathe, Walk, Bike or rent an Electric scooter. The best place to relax and have fun in the Sun. Very safe for children. Sparkling Clean Always. MAXIMUM 4 GUESTS, NO PETS, NO PARTIES.
