Open floor plan. Guest pool house is located behind the main house with your own private entrance through driveway. There is AC/heating with an adjustable thermostat, dimmer for the lights. You may stream movies/show apps included during your stay (Netflix Disney etc). Outside you also have access to a pool, seating area with a gas fire pit 4 people max may stay Electric queen air mattress is located in the ottoman in case a 2nd bed is needed along with extra sheets and blanket

Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.

Formal dining room, bar area, full kitchen, living room with fire place, 65" Samsung TV, high speed internet. Pool and jacuzzi in back yard. Outdoor dining table and chairs Pool and Jacuzzi can be heated upon request at least one day before check in. Guest is responsible for actual gas usage. Deposit will be applied
