Casa Amate is a unique glass-fronted home built into the mountain-side overlooking one of the world's most beautiful freshwater lakes. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, sleeping six, this is the perfect place to relax, unwind and take in the spectacular views of the lake and its three volcanoes. Built into the rock face, but still on right on the lake front, the house cascades down four levels, with numerous terraces. The space is defined by the rock face, glass, concrete, wood & light.

Cozy and relaxing with view of Lake Atitlan

Our cozy cottage features sleeping accommodations for 8 people with 2 full bathrooms, all situated in the private Yacht Club, which is a gated community. There are beautiful gardens to stroll through during your stay. The decor is very bright with lots of natural light and lots of areas to relax indoors or out. We live in the USA, but we do have a gardener/care taker on site to assist in any way during your stay and is available most days. The guards at the entrance can also assist.

Come to relax and get away, and/or get some work done with highspeed Starlink internet with a powerful mesh wifi network. Residential area, yet only 5 min walk to restaurants/bars. The solar only heated hottub is not hot on rainy or cloudy days.

Wonderful house in Lake Atitlan

DISPONIBLE SEMANA SANTA ANTES DE ALQUILAR PREGUNTAR CONDICIONES. Casa Chinga Chinga se encuentra localizada en una Bahía llena de vida (puede haber ruido) en el Lago más lindo del mundo según National Geografic. El terreno está rodeado de áreas verdes y queda muy cerca de varios pueblos. A la casa puede llegar en carro y desde ahí se puede ir en lancha a todos los pueblos que se encuentran en la orilla del lago.
