Charming cozy cabin with amazing view

Alps Mountains. Italy. Aosta Valley. A cabin in a small village at 1600 meters,in the peace of meadows, grazing cows and mountains. Snow (usually) in the winter. A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. The furniture is very nice: wood above all, but also more lively colors, and modern comforts. Quiet excursions, both on snowshoes or ski.

Nell'alta Valtournenche, ai piedi del Cervino, circondato da mandrie di mucche al pascolo in estate e da candida neve nei mesi invernali, io e mia moglie Enrica saremo felici di accogliere i nostri ospiti nel nostro appartamento. Vicino ai centri abitati di Valtournenche e Cervinia (3 Km circa) ma comunque isolato dal caos è il luogo ideale per rilassarsi, osservare panorami incantevoli, ascoltare il silenzio della montagna, fare sport e fantastiche passeggiate partendo proprio dalla casa!

Cozy apartment in the town center, with a ski room and private garage. 100 meters from the Cretaz chairlift, ticket office, ski schools, ice rink, and children's play area. The shops, bars, and restaurants are just around the corner. A short walk from the golf club, tennis courts, and Nordic ski trail. The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor and overlooks the private communal garden with views of the Grandes Murailles mountain range and the Matterhorn, in a quiet and peaceful setting.

Infine un balcone grande in legno arredato con tavolino e sdraio che vi regalerà una bellissima vista dei panorami circostanti. Internet illimitato e Smart TV. Al piano terra ski box riservato.

È composto da un ampio soggiorno con divano letto a due posti e angolo cottura attrezzato, bagno con doccia e terrazzo di 70 mq. È fornito di un armadietto esterno per gli scarponi e di un armadio per gli sci. È appena stato ristrutturato ed è rivestito di un legno pregiato (abete). Il bagno è in abete e pietra di luserna. È situato a 5 minuti a piedi dalla partenza della funivia per Plain Maison

The residence is located in the city center of Cervinia and it was just modernized to satisfy every desire. In the winter season the ski resort is just 80 meters away from the flat and in summer there are the city center, the golf club and all the trails that you can imagine just behind the residence. The house has the private garage for your car or for your ski tools and a big balcony where you can see the mount Cervino.

The apartment was completely renovated on summer 2017. The apartment is located about 50 meters from the departure of the Cervinia's Plan Maison Cable Car and about 200 meters from the center of the village.
