Wisteria Cottage is a high spec, Luxury cottage with under floor heating,log burner,Large kitchen/dinning area with views across fields and a downstairs Wc/Utility space. Upstairs are two centrally heated bedrooms and underfloor and towel rail heated bathroom with exposed beams. The master has a generous King size bed and the second bed, a single day Bed with a pull out trundle under. The bathroom has a roll top bath with shower and unlimited hot water. Chipping Norton is a hub of activity with a bustling well-stocked bookshop, cafés and restaurants. The sheperd’s hut is a quiet haven, equipped with a wood burning stove, mini oven, a power electric shower, underfloor heating, cosy armchairs and a king sized bed. With its beautifully appointed linens and furnishings our shepard’s hut is the perfect base for your next break.

Slow down and recharge at The Old Smithy. Built about 600 years ago, this Cotswold stone blacksmiths forge has been transformed into a cosy retreat for two. Kingham is a highly sought after village in the heart of the Cotswolds. With a wealth of brilliant pubs and wonderful countryside walks on our doorstep, you can bring your dog along to enjoy too. The Kingham Plough and The Wild Rabbit, are a short walk away. Daylesford Organic Farm Shop and Bamford club a longer walk/short drive.

We can accommodate up to 3 adults and 1 baby in a travel cot. We are also dog friendly!

The Bothy is a totally unique and charming studio apartment, set in the rafters of a barn on our farm. You can swim in the natural swimming pool on your doorstep. There are fields beyond for walking or cycling. It's a wonderful, peaceful setting for those who want to get some calm space. Fresh air in the summer, cosy rural retreat in the winter. It can also be used as an extra double annex to our other holiday let, the Luxury Barn on AirB&B.

The mini felt yurt is a fun place for kids to sleep or a space for enjoying library of travel books.
